Wang Qingzhou’s Art Exhibition “WANG QINGZHOU BEAUTES DE PEKIN” was held in Paris.
The opening reception for Wang Qingzhou’s personal exhibition in Paris, “WANG QINGZHOU BEAUTES DE PEKIN”, was successfully held in Paulla Rosa Art Gallery along Rue Charlemagne Road in the artistic Marais District of Paris on Monday, January 27th, 2014. People in the field of culture and art and Chinese in France came and visited the exhibition on hearing the news, journalists from Paris TV recorded on site.
Mr. Wang Qingzhou is an independent artist from 798 Art Zone in Beijing, who was born in 1974 in Dangshan County, Suzhou City, Anhui Province. Under the influence of his grandfather Mr. Wang Ruixi in his childhood, he began to develop interest in Chinese painting and Chinese calligraphy. Interesting childhood in the countryside and varied natural environment opened a door to explore the nature for Wang Qing’s art. His works focus on the theme of humanity and nature, the ideas travel through practical nature and artistic imagination. Mr. Wang Qingzhou has proposed the “super-scenery” theory, where various states of humanity and nature are conveyed through painting, highlighting his works by artistic screening and repetitive deconstruction.
After the speech from the curator, Madam VIOLINA VASILEVA, Mr. Wang Qingzhou answered questions proposed by journalists from TV stations on site, offering visitors with a more in-depth understanding of various appearances of Mr. Wang Qingzhou’s color ink painting works.
The exhibition began on 25th and will continue until February 8th. |
